Perform routine general maintenance and daily custodial functions throughout the building and grounds - duties include managing daily operations of the facility, ordering supplies, assisting with project planning, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS
Organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines; ability to retain compliance with codes and standards; appropriate licensure for maintenance responsibilities (esp HVAC); ability to recognize and make recommendations for facility needs; works collaboratively with Principal, Business Manager and other custodial staff, as well as school volunteers.
