FOOD SERVICE WORKER

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:30 pm

$15.50 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils according to department standards.

Stock, label, store, and deliver food and supplies using FIFO rotation.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; follow clean as you go and proper hand hygiene protocols.

Assemble and disassemble dishwashing and serving line equipment; bus tables or assist with food prep as needed.

Label and date food items per HACCP standards; monitor and record food and refrigeration temperatures.

Follow HACCP and OSHA guidelines for safe food handling and sanitation.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or customer service.

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English.

Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented.

Courteous, cooperative, and professional with customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Must obtain a Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment.
