We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Crew Member to join our team. Duties

Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and menu specifications.

Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with proficiency.

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with menu planning as needed.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Maintain an organized workstation, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available for efficient cooking.

Assist in catering events as required, providing high-quality food service in various settings.

Skills

Proficient knife skills for safe and efficient food preparation.

Experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.

Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen.

Experience with menu planning is a plus, contributing creative ideas for new pizza offerings.
