Part Time Janitorial Cleaner

Schedule: Part-Time (18 Hours per week)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday

9am - 1pm

Compensation: $20.00/hr

Location: Rental Apartment Buildings

Main duties:
- Cleaning lobby area, stairways, hallways, and main entrance windows
- Vacuuming all carpeted areas
- Mopping all tile floor areas, entrances
- Cleaning parking lot and pressure washing during a weekend
- Looking after exterior walk-through and required litter pick-up.
- Sweeping liter and hosing down the garbage room
- Cleaning employee washroom (not public)
- Office cleaning once a month

Qualifications:
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Have a good understanding of cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Be reliable, and punctual and have a motivated work ethic.
- Have a positive and friendly attitude.
- Own a motor vehicle (preferred but not required)

Job Specifications:
- Posses a good understanding of customer service
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures
- Ability to read and understand labels and instructions of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work with little supervision or alone
- Ability to climb small ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to use cleaning chemical products
- Agree to clean a Garbage room
- Ability to use a smartphone
- Agree to use the personal smartphone for clocking in and out of companies virtual clock-in app
- High school diploma or equivalent
