What You'll Do: As an RBT, you'll work directly with children and teens (ages 021), delivering 1:1 and small group ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll use evidence-based strategies to support behavior, communication, and developmental goalsin our Callahan clinic and community settings. Our BCBAs are actively involved in supervision, mentorship, and your professional growth.
