A well-established chemical manufacturing and recycling facility in Santa Fe Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their 2nd shift team (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This facility plays a key role in supporting sustainability by recycling materials for use in products serving the electronics, semiconductor, and water treatment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pumps,pressors, boilers, and rotating equipment

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Conduct pipe installations and repairs (PVC, CPVC, carbon/stainless steel)

Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility projects

Maintain and calibrate sensors, controllers, and display panels

Welding, fabrication, and general mechanical tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting (chemical, oil, or related preferred)

Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics

Familiar with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial controls (a plus)

Able to operate forklifts and other motorized equipment

Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools

Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and wear a respirator

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required

HazMat experience a plus
