Hospitality at Forgione is a team sport. It is essential that the entire team works closely together and is aligned on creating memorable experiences for everyone they encounter from guests, to fellow employees, to vendors, as well as the community. In this tight knit ecosystem, the Head Bartenders is responsible for supporting on weekly inventory counts, helping to design and develop new cocktails and assisting the other bartenders on making all of the beverages on a nightly basis, while creating memorable and hospitable guest experiences to not just people sitting at the bar but for all those that enter the bar. A full understanding of the origins, production, and styles of different spirits, wines, and beers, as well as an expansive knowledge of cocktail history are essential for bartending at Forgione. In addition, the Head Bartenders at Forgione must possess humble and effortless bar skills, have excellent customer service and innate hospitality genes with a thirst for knowledge and the ability to mentor others on the team.

  • Assisting / leading inventories and ordering

  • Opening and closing of the bar as outlined in the schedule


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
