House cleaner wanted for immediate hire

HOUSEKEEPER CLEANER

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking person to clean our house and perform chores like laundry, tidying up and organizing our kitchen.

This is a part time position and we're looking for someone to spend between 8 to 12 hours at our house - ideally two days a week.

$23.00 Per hour to start

House cleaning duties include dusting, vacuuming, sweep/mopping floors, empty trash, full bathroom cleaning, showers and other duties to maintain a clean house all the time including organize cabinetry, some laundry and window cleaning (one story house - no climbing necessary).

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years cleaning experience
Be hard working, detail oriented, respectful, reliable and honest
Be able to work alone
Speak and understand some English to communicate basic tasks
Capable of lifting, bending, pushing and pulling, lift up to 30 lbs.
Have reliable transportation (your own car, trolley or bus)

We are NOT a cleaning company. This is for cleaning a four bedroom individual household with older children and one dog.

Cleaning supplies are provided.
