Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative position is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

  • Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

  • Demonstrated history of punctuality and reliability; consistent attendance is a key requirement for success in this role. We strongly recommend no absenses or tardies within the first 90 days unless pre approved.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

  • Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Support other team members with administrative projects as needed.
