Part-Time Housekeeper

Private Family in Spring Lake, NJ Seeking an Experienced Housekeeper Position : Part-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper Location: Spring Lake, NJ Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am-6pm Salary : $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience) Start Date : ASAP About the Family A warm and welcoming private family located in Spring Lake, NJ is looking to hire a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to join their household. They value discretion, reliability , and someone who will be a long-term fit. Their home is 7 bedrooms and 6000 sq ft. The family includes two adults, two college-aged children who are in and out during the summer, and two small Chihuahuas. Responsibilities Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout the home Rotate tasks and prioritize areas based on need Maintain high-end surfaces with appropriate products (no abrasives on natural stone, etc.) Laundry and ironing for two adults Organize closets, drawers, and household areas Clean and maintain decks and balconies Vacuuming, dusting, and Bona floor care Run household errands (grocery shopping, dry cleaning, supplies, etc.) Assist with guest preparation and increased laundry during summer months Provide pet care and occasional pet sitting (feeding, walking, etc.) Ideal Candidate & Personality The ideal candidate is friendly, flexible, and highly experienced with high-end properties. Knowledge of expensive surfaces, how to care for them, and appropriate products to use.They are self-sufficient, proactive, and take initiative to see what needs to be done without requiring direction. The family is relaxed and values long-term, respectful working relationships. The right person will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and feel confident caring for luxury finishes and fine materials. Requirements Prior experience as a housekeeper in a private, high-end home Knowledge of appropriate products for specialty surfaces Legal to work in the United States Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable with pets and able to provide occasional pet care Must be proactive, dependable, and take initiative
