Job Title: Receptionist (Temporary Assignment)
Location: ZIP Code 12801
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: End of August
Workplace Type: Onsite
A respected law firm in the region is seeking a well-organized and personable Receptionist to serve as the firms front-line representative during a temporary assignment. This position plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
Candidate Qualifications:
Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Excellent multitasking abilities and adaptability
Strong verbal communication and respectful tone
Enjoys meeting new people and providing exceptional service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
12 years of prior experience
Qualifications should reflect in resume
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
Coordinate mail handling and manage vendor relationships
Schedule and maintain conference room calendars
Support general administrative functions
