Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage front desk activities such as receiving mail, packages, and other deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or conference rooms as needed
- Monitor office supply inventory and submit restock requests when necessary
- Coordinate basic office services and support other departments as required
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 34 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Work Environment
- This is an in-office position located in Medley, FL
- The work environment is fast-paced and requires interaction with multiple departments and external visitors
- Standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
