FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER, SARASOTA, FL Sarasota, Florida family are seeking a full time luxury experienced Housekeeper to care for their estate and beach house. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, have worked in high-end homes or 5-star hospitality settings, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful living spaces, managing couture and expensive clothing and wardrobes, exceptional organizational and laundry skills. Responsibilities Daily cleaning and organization of all living areas in the primary residence and beach house Full-service laundry care including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe management of high end clothing items Stocking household supplies and beverages Light pet care (fresh water and cleanup) Assist the family's chef with prep and setup for dinner parties and events Unpacking, organizing, and tidying after family travel Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor entryways and taking out trash Ensuring the home is always guest-ready, polished, and meticulously organized Requirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in private estates or 5-star hotel environments Comfortable working around young children and domestic pets Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of the family's privacy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, professional attitude and ability to work independently Must pass a background check Must provide professional, verifiable references Proactive and able to anticipate household needs Works well as part of a household team (Estate Manager, Personal Assistant, Nanny and Chef) Genuinely enjoys the work of housekeeping and creating a clean, peaceful home Flexible and committed to long-term employment Location: Sarasota, Florida, includes work at both the primary residence and nearby beach house Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Salary : $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE). 10 days PTO paid vacation annually including holidays and discretionary annual performance bonus Employment is contingent upon a clear background check and verification of professional employer references
