Monday - Thursday 5am to 3pm

Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine efficiently, ensuring proper water temperature and detergent levels.

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or using the dish machine.

Scrape and pre-rinse dishes before loading them into the dishwasher.

Air-dry or towel-dry items as required and store them in designated places.

Assist kitchen staff.

Must pass drug screen and background check.
