Job DetailsWORKING AT BELLS
Located in Los Alamos, California, Bells is a French-inspired bistro founded by Daisy and Greg Ryan, both alumni of Per Se. Raised in the Santa Ynez Valley, Daisy returned home along with Greg and their family with the vision of building a family-run restaurant rooted in creativity, community, and strong local partnerships. Our intention has always been to create a business that supports neighboring farmers, producers, and fellow small business owners, while offering something meaningful to our community.
At Bells, we aim to be an exceptional place to dineand to work. That means a deep commitment to professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for the craft. We take our work seriously, and we hold ourselves to high standards, but we believe a positive and collaborative atmosphere is essential to doing our best work.
Communication, organization, education, and growth are the cornerstones of our team culture. We want everyone here to develop into the strongest version of themselveswhether as a cook, manager, barista, or leaderand to take pride in that process. Were invested in long-term development and believe that growth is collective, and that every member of our team contributes to the success and evolution of the restaurant.
If you value integrity, hustle, continuous learning, and take meaning in doing great work with good people, wed love to meet you.
