Position: Division Customer Service Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-6:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Division Customer Service Specialist at West Shore Home, you will deliver a five-star experience for our customers who require a post-installation service ensuring that each interaction with our customers exceeds expectations.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Handle both inbound and make outbound calls each day, establishing long-term relationships with our customer base.
- Use product knowledge to resolve issues through questioning and trouble-shooting techniques over the phone.
- Report customer escalations/emergencies directly to the General Manager, Operations Manager and Division Customer Service Manager.
- Provide a 5-star customer service experience to all customers regarding post-installation services.
Must-Have Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A passion for building relationships and a desire to work independently, efficiently, and with high accountability.

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this position is $20-$22 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
