Facilities Custodian AR

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Keep breakrooms, restrooms, office areas, handwash stations “Tour Read – Audit Ready” status by daily cleaning and sanitizing.
• Collect and discard daily items from trash receptacles, recycle receptacles, bio-hazard containers.
• Responsible for operation, cleaning, and storage of the floor scrubber for micro control.
• Orders and restocks cleaning supplies.
• Work with and assist with guidance to the contracted off shift cleaning crew.
• Complete daily task list and documents any additional work completed or changes needed.
• Access EAM for work orders and to document work order completion.
• Demonstrate commitment to Rockline’s RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence.
• Associates have a direct and important role in ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner. Effectiveness in carrying out this responsibility is part of each associate’s essential accountabilities.
• Contribute to a cooperative working effort by demonstrating a willingness to perform other job-related work as needed or requested.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• HS diploma or equivalent. 1 year work experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Self-directed with ability to follow documented procedures and other assigned work.
• Ability to read chemical labels and SDS and understand safe work handling/practices
• Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities. Must be able to follow instruction well and work within a team.
• Available to work scheduled overtime as needed.
