PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Room Attendant is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms in accordance with LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE's standards of excellence. This role ensures a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel setting

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to follow directions and perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, gracious, and friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, AM, PM, overnight, and overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
• Results-driven and adaptable with a willingness to learn and grow
