Part-Time Housekeeper / Laundress Location: Miami, FL Schedule: 2 days per week (flexible days, 8 hours per day) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience Start Date: ASAP Position Summary: An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) family in Miami is seeking a meticulous, trustworthy, and experienced Part-Time Housekeeper/Laundress to support the smooth operation of their household. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a strong background in luxury garment care and household cleaning. This is a long-term opportunity for a candidate who understands the unique requirements of working in a UHNW residence. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional housekeeping services with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and presentation Perform deep and detailed cleaning of interior rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, & outdoor entertaining areas Care for high-end fabrics, couture garments, linens, and delicate materials, including hand-washing, steaming, pressing, and stain treatment Manage wardrobe organization, seasonal rotation, and closet maintenance Handle laundry with precisionsorting, washing, folding, ironing, and storage Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies; alert household manager when restocking is needed Observe and maintain household standards and preferences Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and discreetly while respecting the family's privacy and routines Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a UHNW or high-profile household Expertise in laundry and garment care, including care for luxury and delicate items Strong knowledge of household cleaning techniques, products, and tools appropriate for fine finishes and materials Impeccable attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Discreet, respectful, and professional demeanor at all times Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Excellent references from previous private employers Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with luxury wardrobe organization and maintenance Experience working with household staff and/or house managers English fluency (Spanish is a plus) To Apply: Please submit a resume and a brief cover letter highlighting relevant experience and availability to ... .
