Bartender, Four65

Four65 Bistro is a full service, high end, Wood Fired Pizza restaurant with a great full service bar. The Bartender position will provide a high level of personalized service to guests at this Old Edwards Hospitality Group venue in an efficient, personable, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Name usage
• Ability to adhere to ABC standards
• Ability to communicate effectively and serve guests graciously to a high standard
• Ability to prepare consistently excellent cocktails
• Check ID of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Memorization of the beer, wine, and specialty cocktail list, as well as, lunch and dinner menu, based on location
• Ability to use Micros POS system
• Ability to manage multiple tables at one time
• Accommodate special requests to guests, or offer alternatives
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to deal with difficult guests
• Ensure bars are clean and dusted and checklists are completed
• Provide service that exceeds guests expectations
• Basic math skills
• Responsibility when handling money and alcohol
• Ability to upsell and work well with a team
• Ensure outlets are stocked for the day

• Bartending and server experience needed.
• Excellent communication skills are important for this position
• Must be Guest oriented and friendly
• Must be 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
