(The Strip District) Midwood Investment & Development 2349 Railroad Steet near 24th Street compensation: $16/hour employment type: job title: Groundskeeper Groundskeeper - Multi-Site (Full Time) - $16/hour Location: The Cork Factory and Lot 24 - Strip District, Pittsburgh, PA Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Full Time (THURSDAY-MONDAYs, some evening rotations on Thursdays) Midwood Investment & Development is looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This position supports two luxury multifamily communities - The Cork Factory and Lot 24, located in the heart of the Strip District. If you take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and enjoy working both indoors and outdoors, this could be a great fit for you! ________________________________________ What You'll Do Clean and maintain community common areas including: oLobbies, stairwells, restrooms, fitness centers, and amenity spaces oOutdoor courtyards, pool/spa areas, and loading docks oTrash rooms, dumpsters, and compactors Vacuum carpets, polish fixtures, and clean windows and elevators Monitor property conditions and report maintenance needs Support our maintenance team with tasks as needed Help set up/clean up for weekly resident Happy Hours on a rotating schedule Deliver a hospitality-first experience to residents ________________________________________ What We're Looking For Prior experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping is a plus (but not required!) A team player with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and stay productive Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Someone who takes pride in their work and values community ________________________________________ Bonus Points If You: Have experience with light maintenance tasks Are looking to grow within a property management or facilities career ________________________________________ Why Join Us?
