Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Barista Schedule: Part Time-Must be available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday Pay: Starting at $18 hourly. As a Barista, you'll contribute to the dealership success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This position creates the Michael's Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Who we are looking for: Candidate must have prior customer service experience or relative experience interacting with people Must be customer focused and committed to providing top tier customer service Must be able to work independently Friendly and outgoing personality Responsible/reliable/team player Must be available for the following scheduled hours: Tuesday 12-5 Wednesday 12-5 Saturday 9-6 Sunday 10-6 Barista Responsibilities: Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Qualifications: Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients. Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
