About the Job:
As a bartender at the Columns, you will be responsible for being a leader on our team and will be the go-to person for questions about our extensive beverage program led by beverage manager, Eric Solis. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming and serving our guests in a warm and friendly manner, working with your team to batch and build cocktail recipes, building orders for service bar, and maintaining a pristine environment behind the bar. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail is essential.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, and above all has a passion for food, cocktails, wine, and hospitality. Must be great at multitasking and team orientated as we are a pooled house and expect everyone to assist wherever possible while on duty.
