The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for daytime food prep and an occasional night in the kitchen. Baking experience a big plus.
We prefer at least two years of experience working in a fine dining kitchen with the ability to follow recipes closely and maintain a high standard of quality.
This is a full or part time position with weekends included.
Responsibilities:
- Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
- Prepare, package and label from a prep list
- Report to work on time and communicate effectively
- Be respectful and cooperative with all of the restaurant staff
