Description

Woodlands Senior Living is looking for a full-time landscaper/groundskeeper to join our team through the month of October 2025!

What you will do as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper:

+ Landscaping and lawn care:Maintaining lawns, hedges, and garden beds.

+ Safety and accessibility:Ensuring walkways are clear and safe, removing debris and snow/ice, and addressing hazards.

+ General upkeep:Keeping the grounds tidy by removing trash and litter, and cleaning entrances and other amenity areas.

+ Horticulture and plant health:Maintaining the health of plants through watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management.

+ Equipment operation and maintenance:Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment.

+ Minor repairs and maintenance:Performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

What youll bring to the role:

Must be 18 years of age

Must have prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping

Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella

A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required

Strong command of the English language with the ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision

Salary Description

$18 $25/hour
