The Cook 2 role focuses on supporting the kitchen team by preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency and efficiency. This position will primarily assist with service in our Garde Manger operations but may also provide occasional support for Banquet functions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in fundamental culinary skills and will work under the guidance of senior culinary team members to further develop their expertise.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- 1-2 years of prior experience in basic cooking or food preparation preferred
- Able to work a station with supervision and assist in multiple stations as needed
- Culinary degree is a plus but not required
- Relevant hotel experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work varied schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays
