What You'll Do

Engage with guests, offering them a choice of seating, escorting them to their table and presenting them with a scrumptious menu

Maintain the elegant setup of our dining room that boasts of Tennessee's charm

Coordinate communication between shifts and management, ensuring seamless operations

Ensure a safe and friendly environment for guests and co-workers alike

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone with great hospitality and energy. Other key qualifications include:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and etiquette

Ability to navigate through a crowded room and escort guests to their tables

Proficiency in handling customer complaints and concerns in a positive and proactive manner

Professionalism and respect for guests and co-workers

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

While the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs offers a comfortable and enjoyable work environment, the role of a Weekend Host/Hostess can be physically demanding. You must be able to:

Work Saturday and Sunday mornings

Walk, climb stairs, bend and reach

Lift and carry up to 30 pounds

Stand and walk for up to 5 hours and a total of 7 hours in an 8-hour shift
