We are 30+ year specialty coffee roasting company looking for a Barista on a part time basis to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and our home made breakfast and fresh baked pastries. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, and up-selling special items.
To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how espresso and brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts, including opening and closing and occasional weekends. This positions compensation includes base hourly pay plus tips. Tips are generous thanks to our loyal customer base.
