Housekeeper + Meal prep

Looking for a reliable, trustworthy housekeeper to help with routine cleaning, laundry, dishes, and general tidying and occasional deep cleaning like fridge, oven, and baseboards.
Preferably so, some who can also help out with food prep.
Schedule is few days a week (days and times can be worked out but be willing to work on weekends as well.
Looking for someone trustworthy detail-oriented, hardworking, and consistent-showing up as scheduled is essential.
