Environmental Services Aide

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, offices, and common areas
• Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control protocols
• Collect and dispose of trash and biohazardous materials
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Respond to resident and staff requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Perform laundry tasks and linen supply system tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Dedication to proving excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
