Pixlcat is a specialty cafe from San Francisco opening soon in Charlestown. Were looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Barista to run the bar, guide service, and help establish our systems and culture from day one.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative. Youll work directly with ownership to build something sharp, clean, and well-respected.

• 12+ years in high-volume specialty coffee

• Pro-level espresso workflow (La Marzocco, dial-ins, consistency)

• Confidence managing a bar and leading service

• Great instincts for hospitality and pace

• Experience opening cafes or training baristas

• Comfort with scheduling, inventory, or operations

• $22$25/hr depending on experience + tip share

• Flexible full-time schedule (3040 hrs/wk)

• Direct access to ownership + room to grow

• Opening support, input on systems, and a clean start
