CUSTODIAN LEAD FULL TIME

LOCATION: Airway Heights, WA Fairchild Air Force Base
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday

(4:00am 11:30am, 7:30am 3:00pm, OR 11:30am 7:00pm)
Once trained, regular shift will be 11:30am 7:00pm

PAY: $18.92/hour
TYPE: Non-Exempt

WHAT YOULL DO:

-Support and guide a team of janitors

-Back up custodial staff with cleaning duties

-Track attendance, coach employees, and monitor performance

-Assist with scheduling, training, and evaluations

-Ensure quality cleaning in offices, restrooms, lobbies, locker rooms, and common areas

-Oversee equipment care and supply inventory

-Assist with customer service needs

-Maintain professionalism in appearance and demeanor

-Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOULL NEED:

-High School Diploma or GED

-03 years janitorial experience preferred

-Leadership experience a plus

-Ability to lift/move up to 45 lbs and stay active during shift

-Valid drivers license

-Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance and installation access (REAL ID or alternative required)
