Casino- Bartender- Part-time

The Casino Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction in our casino environment.

Responsibilities\:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, providing excellent service in accordance with Hyatt standards.

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to order, following recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking products and supplies.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all state and local regulations.

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately.

• Monitor guest behavior and casino environment to maintain a safe atmosphere.

• Collaborate with casino floor staff to enhance the guest experience.

• Previous bartending experience preferred, ideally in a high-volume or casino environment.

• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds.

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain).

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
