Duties Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for optimal workflow. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is not required. Familiarity with food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
