Experience - Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night auditor experience is a plus.
Skills - Computer proficiency required; experience with accounting or reservations software is a bonus.
Education - High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or 2 years of related experience or training preferred.
Language Skills - Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing (bilingual a plus).
Flexibility - Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Attention to Detail - Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
