We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping department. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests during their stay.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.

- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.

- Change linens, make beds, and replace used towels and toiletries.

- Replenish amenities according to operational standards.

- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and be aware of any company-related practices.

- Handle guests requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.

- Monitor guest laundry services and handle items carefully and efficiently.

- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies effectively.

- Protect equipment and notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances.

- Collaborate with the rest of the housekeeping team and report any security issues encountered.

- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.

- Follow hotel security guidelines and report suspicious behavior to management.

- Contribute to a positive work environment and support team members as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required.

- Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and staff.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
