Job Details Key Responsibilities:Greet guests promptly and with a positive attitude.
Present menus and explain specials, menu items, or beverage options.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve orders in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
Clear and reset tables, restock service stations, and assist with side work.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and support other roles as needed.
Prior experience as a server.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
Must be 18 years or older (21+ where alcohol service laws apply).
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: Hourly ($4.00) plus tips
