Job DetailsYELLOW Georgetown seeking a PM Sous Chef to join the team, who is excited about bringing a sincere sense of hospitality to a great space on Wisconsin Ave NW in the heart of Georgetown.
Chef/owner Michael Rafidi takes inspiration from his familys Palestinian roots, bringing to the table an experience that melds the ancient tradition of the regions coal-fired cuisine with local, seasonal, Mid-Atlantic ingredients and a refined culinary acumen. The Georgetown location of YELLOW, expands on the lunch offerings with pastries which meld Levantine ingredients with classic French technique, pita sandwiches and inventive coffee offerings by day. With hand made pizza, mezze, and wine bar selections by night.The ideal Sous Chef candidate has at least 3 years of cooking experience, including 1 year in a sous chef position or similar.
