Hospital Greeter

• Works under general supervision in assisting visitors, patients and staff in and around the hospital.
• Performs duties ranging from escorting visitors or patients to their destinations to assisting wheelchair patients or visitors in and out of their vehicles.
• Will man the front lobby desk unless needed in an emergency situation.
• Greeter is also responsible for answering calls for assistance from various departments within the hospital, as well as from the general public.
• Uses independent judgment in performing duties.

• Work requires the ability to read and write well enough to follow specific instructions
• Completion of a high school education
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
