Pay Range: $40.47hr - $45.47hr
- We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter/Plumber to install, maintain, and repair piping systems for various applications, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Proficient with hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, threading machines, pressure test pumps, and gauges.
- Experience with various piping materials such as copper, PVC, PEX, and steel.
- Familiarity with water supply, drainage, gas, steam, and HVAC piping systems.
- Experience with steam and hot water system repairs.
- Knowledge of chilled water systems and HVAC piping.
- Experience with drainage and waste piping, including troubleshooting clogs and leaks.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service with a focus on quality and safety.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems and equipment.
- Support startup and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades.
- Document all work in compliance with cGMP (Good Candidateufacturing Practice) standards and company policies.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to off-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
- OSHA 10/30 certification (a plus).
- Basic welding and soldering experience.
- Familiarity with backflow prevention systems or fire suppression piping.
- 1 2 years of commercial pipefitting or plumbing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
