Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at a busy packaging/greenhouse facility. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
• Clean and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, hallways, and workstations.
• Operate basic cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects as required.
Requirements:
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/greenhouse environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean facility.
• Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
