- Minimum 12 years of salaried management experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant
- Proven experience with full P&L responsibility , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to lead both Front of House and Back of House operations
- Track record of team building and developing staff
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Actively coach and develop hourly staff and supervisors to improve performance and morale
- Monitor and manage food and labor costs in real time to maximize profitability
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all shifts
- Engage guests and resolve complaints with urgency and professionalism
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Experience opening new locations or managing high-volume units
- Familiarity with modern scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety training
- Passion for hospitality and servant leadership mindset
