Restaurant Manager

• Minimum 12 years of salaried management experience in a full-service or casual dining restaurant
• Proven experience with full P&L responsibility , including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ability to lead both Front of House and Back of House operations
• Track record of team building and developing staff
• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Actively coach and develop hourly staff and supervisors to improve performance and morale
• Monitor and manage food and labor costs in real time to maximize profitability
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across all shifts
• Engage guests and resolve complaints with urgency and professionalism
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

• Experience opening new locations or managing high-volume units
• Familiarity with modern scheduling, inventory, and POS systems
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent food safety training
• Passion for hospitality and servant leadership mindset
