Sponsorship & Event Coordinator Finance Sector Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 35 years of event coordination or customer service experience in the conference or events industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software and CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Sponsorship & Event Coordinator Finance Sector Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience planning and coordinating finance industry events, including logistics and vendor management
  • Ability to coordinate sponsor needs, deliverables, and follow-up
  • Skilled in managing sponsor contracts and working with finance teams
  • Effective communicator who can professionally interact with attendees, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with a roll up your sleeves attitude
  • Willingness to travel and work across time zones as needed
