Event Sous Chef

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and hands-on Event Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This role is essential in supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of event preparation and execution, including staffing, food production, logistics, and quality control. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to create memorable experiences through exceptional food and leadership.

• Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with at least 12 years in a sous chef or leadership role.
• Prior experience in off-site/on-site catering, banquets, or large-scale event kitchens preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ServSafe or other food safety certification required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to lead under pressure.
