Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience, with at least 12 years in a sous chef or leadership role.
- Prior experience in off-site/on-site catering, banquets, or large-scale event kitchens preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ServSafe or other food safety certification required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
