Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ServSafe certified and proficient in food and alcohol safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing both guest and team member experience
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Proven ability to manage sales, labor, and Prime Cost within budget
