Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a full-service restaurant environment.
Strong leadership and Hospitality skills
Experience leading a team of up to 15-20 people.
Experience managing high volume of 60k+ weekly
Hands on mentality.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Collaborate with all team members to ensure a great guest experience.
Support General Manager and ownership to achieve sales and profit goals.
Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing team members
Manage the flow of service in the dining room, bar and kitchen.
