As our Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring Sous Chefs and back-of-house staff to nurture talent and excellence.
  • Ensuring efficient kitchen operations, managing both preparation and service seamlessly.
  • Overseeing food production, inventory management, and budget oversight to enhance profitability.
  • Working in collaboration with the General Manager to drive cohesive and successful restaurant operations.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management.
  • Proven leadership, training, and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control measures and food safety regulations.
