Were hiring a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant in the heart of New Orleans. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a James Beard Award-winning restaurant group.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support daily back-of-house operations with precision and consistency
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Train, mentor, and motivate line cooks and prep staff
  • Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering and cost control
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • High-volume scratch kitchen experience
  • Experience in upscale casual or fine dining restaurants is required
  • Culinary degree a plus but not required
