Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptional culinary experience
- Support and ensure consistent execution of food and beverage recipes
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in culinary management
- High volume, from-scratch experience is a must
- Proven leadership skills
- Systems and Process-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience leading BOH teams of 10-20 cooks a shift
