Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
Consistently train and guide the culinary team on precise recipe execution, & proper food preparation
knowledge of restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling
Assist with maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution
Partner with the Executive Chef to maintain proper training of the culinary team
